Data is used to respond to information requests, manage lesson bookings and, only if you gave your consent, send you email communications.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by the data subject (information request, booking) and, for email communications, on the explicit consent given via the dedicated checkbox.

Data retention

Data submitted through the request-info form is not stored on this server: a single email is sent to the controller. Booking data remains in the site's database for as long as needed to deliver the lesson and to meet any legal obligations, and can be deleted on request afterwards.

At any time you can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data, as well as object to processing or request data portability, by writing to info@ciaoschool.com.

Content published by teachers

CiaoSchool provides teachers with a space to independently publish their own educational content (lessons, materials, exercises and tools). Such content is created and published under the sole responsibility of the individual teacher: CiaoSchool exercises no editorial control over it and accepts no responsibility for its accuracy, legality, or for any infringement of third-party rights.

Service continuity and backups

The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuity, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We recommend regularly exporting and keeping a copy of the materials you create on your own device, using the export/download features available within each tool, rather than relying solely on their storage on this site.

Cookies

This site only uses technical cookies, necessary for it to function (for example to keep the admin login session). No profiling or third-party advertising cookies are used.
