The service

CiaoSchool is an online space that lets teachers and schools create their own showcase and publish lessons, materials and teaching content, freely accessible to students without registration.

Account and account responsibility

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.

Published content

You remain the owner of the content you publish and are solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and for any infringement of third-party rights. It is forbidden to publish illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes copyright or third parties' personal data without authorization. CiaoSchool does not exercise prior editorial control over content and may remove content that violates these terms, without notice.

Premium subscription and payments

Some features (AI Assistant, Shop, Video lessons) require a paid Premium subscription. Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuity, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We recommend regularly exporting the materials you create, as also indicated in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CiaoSchool is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service or from content published by third parties.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the most recent version is always available on this page.
